learn how to evolve
so what will you do?
Recent events offer a good moment to reflect on what has happened and to believe in better.
The last twelve months have shifted the balance of just about everything.
It’s impossible to know what will happen next; but we can consider what we’ve learned, to help us think constructively about the future.
Fight, flight or freeze are the predictable human responses when we feel out of balance…
So, what will you do and how will you do it? Will you leave planning for later and dive headlong into action, will you run away, or do you feel paralysed, knowing there’s a need to do something, but you don’t know what to do?
How you respond, should be defined by your ability to be honest about reality, to adjust your position relative to the world around you, while staying true to yourself and what you believe in. It will be reflected in the choices you make, how you deal with the things you can and can’t control and by the impact your decisions have on others and the world we live in.
How you do things, should create balance planning with continued uncertainty is not easy, but this is a good moment to look at your strengths, look at what you have achieved and crucially, identify what you can do now that you couldn’t do before.
Create the balance you need to survive, succeed and keep moving forward.
So, what will you do?
