create balance

can we go back to how we did things before?

(or is there) no going back...

As we lift ourselves out of crisis or disruption, our instincts say return and rebuild… enticing us back to where we once were.

This always feels a comfortable and familiar starting point for our onward recovery.

But this time, going back to how we did things, may not be the right choice.

Going back may feel a comfortable base for moving forward… but may not always be the most appropriate or relevant starting point.

Let’s be clear, the core of WHO we are, WHAT we do and WHY we do it must retain intact… and crucially, we must take our strengths, learnings and experiences with us.

But HOW we now do things, in this substantially different, current reality, needs more careful consideration.

And the answer is certainly NOT doing it as we did it before…

However, as our instincts are programmed to deal more easily with what we know and be less agile with what we don't…this may be a timely moment to pause, reflect and consider:

Are we simply going back to HOW we did things before? Are we now doing things as we always did?

But that's not what our customers or our audiences are doing… so why are we?

And that’s where create balance will fully support you… support you in being clear in reinforcing your WHO, WHAT, WHY and helping you now position HOW you do things, adjusted sensibly to the current reality.

Simply put, focussing on what matters most and retaining your relevance.

It’s a good time to reconnect and stay relevant. So, a good time to chat further?

We are not a big consultancy, but we’re big on experience and would love any opportunity to exchange and explore thoughts with you…
